TGP International is a hospitality consultancy with offices in London, Dubai, and Cairo.

The consultancy works across concept development, interior design, branding, advisory, operations, and project management.

Its multidisciplinary team includes designers, strategists, advisors, chefs, and hospitality operators.

Role Overview

The role is a senior position within the Interior Design team with significant studio responsibility and client exposure.

The role focuses on creating hospitality destinations including restaurants, bars, and food halls.

Design Expertise

  • Deliver creative solutions across multiple hospitality projects and geographies.
  • Lead projects from concept through delivery with a strong design narrative.
  • Develop concepts, presentations, test fits, spatial plans, and 3D models.
  • Review drawing packages, finishes, and FF&E specifications.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, and makers.

Project Leadership and Management

  • Own creative and commercial project delivery to TGP quality standards.
  • Manage project resources, priorities, workflows, schedules, budgets, scope, and commercial requirements.
  • Identify risks early and report project progress, resourcing, and issues to leadership.

Team Development and Management

  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the studio.
  • Lead, mentor, and train junior team members.
  • Support resource planning, forecasting, project allocation, and department administration.
  • Manage workloads and workflows across concurrent projects.

Client Engagement

  • Manage existing client relationships and support repeat-work opportunities.
  • Present creative concepts and design thinking to senior client stakeholders.
  • Support new business, events, publications, fee bids, RFPs, and fee negotiations.

Software Proficiency

  • Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office are listed as required software.
  • Experience with Miro and Asana is advantageous.

Workplace Model

  • The source states that the role is based in a Covent Garden studio in London.
  • The working model is three days per week in the studio and two days working remotely from home.

Requirements

  • Accomplished hospitality designer with creative leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver creative solutions across small, medium, and large-scale projects.
  • Proven track record leading design narratives from concept through project development and delivery.
  • Deep knowledge of design detailing, materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, fabrication, and construction processes.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Miro or Asana is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage projects against programmes, budgets, contractual scope, and commercial requirements.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and train junior team members.
