Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor inspection and maintenance activities for fixed and mobile platforms, pipelines, and storage facilities.
- Ensure activities comply with Kingdom regulations and global industry standards.
- Review inspection and maintenance plans and licensee reports for production facilities.
- Review structural integrity test documents for fixed platforms.
- Review maintenance plans and schedules for storage facilities.
- Review reports concerning the use, maintenance, and condition of mobile platforms.
- Review safety certificates, surveys, inspections, and tests for fixed platforms and installed equipment.
- Ensure mobile platforms are properly classified, maintained, and safe during operations.
- Follow up on periodic storage facility safety, corrosion, and leak detection tests.
- Ensure inspections verify pipeline wall integrity and the fitness for purpose of pressure relief and other safety devices.
- Represent the section at relevant internal and international conferences, meetings, and forums.
- Direct reports, manage performance plans, supervise compliance, plan human resources requirements, and assess training needs.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, administrative sciences, or a specialization related to the field of work.
- A master’s degree in an engineering discipline, administrative sciences, or a specialization related to the field of work is preferred.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the same field of work.
