Job Summary

Lead maintenance of electrical equipment in Riyadh, the Central Region, and surrounding areas.

Ensure equipment readiness and reliability while leading preventive and corrective maintenance teams.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Energy Company standards and specifications.

Location and Work Pattern

  • Work covers Riyadh, the Central Region, and surrounding project sites.
  • The role requires travel between project sites in the Central Region.

Maintenance Responsibilities

  • Lead preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of transformers, breakers, distribution panels, medium- and high-voltage switches, and protection and control systems.
  • Develop periodic maintenance plans and schedules in accordance with Saudi Energy standards.
  • Diagnose faults, perform root cause analysis, and propose technical solutions.
  • Manage site teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Oversee insulation, resistance, and protection testing and prepare results documentation.
  • Prepare periodic technical and fault reports for management and relevant authorities.

Compliance and Operations

  • Coordinate with Saudi Energy representatives to ensure compliance with specifications and contractual requirements.
  • Enforce occupational safety and health standards during maintenance activities.
  • Manage spare parts and materials for continuous maintenance operations.
  • Participate in new project handovers and review technical drawings and documents.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical equipment maintenance, preferably on Saudi Energy or similar energy-sector projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of Saudi Energy standards.
  • Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
  • Experience with 13.8kV, 33kV, or 132kV systems is preferred.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel between Central Region project sites.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage field teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency faults.
  • Strong analytical skills for fault diagnosis and decision-making.
  • Effective communication skills with clients and official entities.
