Role Overview
Serve as the primary ICT point of contact for the branch.
Ensure effective operation, availability, security, and resilience of branch IT systems and infrastructure.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain the branch ICT environment and monitor hardware and software availability and performance.
- Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and user support.
- Support critical AS400 procedures, including SIRE, Safewatch, and SWIFT Alliance.
- Coordinate technical escalations and resolutions with Head Office ICT teams.
- Support ICT projects across the branch, including primary and disaster recovery sites.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery plans and coordinate related testing.
- Manage application and system access according to internal procedures.
- Ensure ICT security compliance and support internal and regulatory audits.
- Provide technical support for videoconferencing and telecommunications services.
- Maintain IT documentation and support branch technology services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Three to five years of relevant IT experience.
- Experience in IT infrastructure, technical support, troubleshooting, and systems administration.
