Senior Logistics & Customer Service Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and logistics operations across multiple regional markets.
• Coordinate with factories, distributors, shipping lines, customs clearance agents, and warehouse partners.
• Handle shipping documentation, customs requirements, and import clearance processes.
• Manage distributor and 3PL relationships to ensure service excellence.
• Drive cost optimization, freight efficiencies, and alternative transportation solutions.
• Resolve shipment, warehousing, inspection, and customs-related challenges.
• Ensure product availability through proactive supply chain management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Senior-level experience in logistics and customer service.
• FMCG, food manufacturing, cold chain, or consumer goods background is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international freight, shipping lines, customs clearance, and cross-border logistics.
• Experience managing distributors and third-party logistics providers.
• Strong understanding of UAE import regulations and clearance procedures.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be currently based in Dubai.
