IT Manager – Enterprise Applications & Technology

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Own enterprise and customer-facing applications across multiple properties, including CRM, loyalty or membership, POS, ERP, guest management, and back-office platforms.
• Lead initiatives from RFP and requirements gathering through solution design, implementation, integration, UAT, go-live, and operational transition.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Manage integrations, APIs, middleware, data flows, custom development, testing, change, and release management.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, integration, and IT governance standards.
• Drive SDLC, DevOps, release governance, and quality controls across teams and vendors.
• Oversee cloud, networks, servers, storage, DR or BCP, and capacity supporting enterprise applications.
• Review vendor and system integrator technical designs and proposals.
• Manage vendor performance, SLAs, deliverables, solution quality, and transition to operations.

Must-Have Experience

• Strong experience managing enterprise or business applications in complex, multi-system environments.
• Strong hands-on exposure to CRM, loyalty or membership, and POS systems.
• Experience across both business and technology functions; this is not a purely infrastructure or operations role.
• Advisory and consultative capability with senior stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, vendors, and technology teams.
• Ownership of application projects from RFP and business requirements through implementation, UAT, and go-live.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, middleware, SQL, data flows, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience managing MSPs, system integrators, and technology vendors.
• Working knowledge of Azure or AWS, infrastructure, IAM, SSO, RBAC, cybersecurity, monitoring, and DR or BCP.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in hospitality, golf, leisure, lifestyle, resorts, clubs, loyalty, or other customer or guest-centric environments is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to golf management systems, PMS, hospitality or guest management platforms, or yacht or marina management systems is advantageous.
• Experience supporting technology across multiple properties, sites, or business units is highly desirable.
