Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the brand's community across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Respond to comments, DMs and interactions in an authentic, personal and on brand way
- Monitor community sentiment and share insights with marketing and product teams
- Help strengthen the relationship between the brand and its audience
- Identify and manage relationships with micro and mid tier influencers across fitness, wellness and lifestyle
- Coordinate outreach, gifting, collaborations and campaign briefs
- Build influencer pipelines across key international markets
- Track performance and ROI of partnerships
- Stay ahead of creator trends and identify new opportunities for growth
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Community Management, Influencer Marketing, Social Media or similar role
- Experience within fitness, fashion, wellness, beauty, lifestyle or consumer brands highly advantageous
- Fluent English with exceptional written communication skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple relationships and projects simultaneously
- Naturally proactive and able to spot opportunities without being prompted
- A genuine interest in fitness, wellness and community led brands

- This role sits at the heart of the brand's international growth strategy, supporting markets across the UK, UAE, US and beyond.
Community Management
- Managing and growing the brand's community across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- Responding to comments, DMs and interactions in a way that feels authentic, personal and on brand.

What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Community Management, Influencer Marketing, Social Media or a similar role.
- Experience within fitness, fashion, wellness, beauty, lifestyle or consumer brands would be highly advantageous.
