Job Purpose
Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Industrial Skills Trainer Computer to deliver technical training programs and practical learning sessions in computer and technology-related disciplines.
The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training content, workshops, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments while ensuring effective knowledge transfer and participant engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, prepare, and deliver technical training programs, courses, workshops, and seminars based on organizational training needs and objectives.
- Deliver engaging technical learning experiences through practical demonstrations, hands-on activities, case studies, and digital learning methods.
- Develop and deliver training content, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments using appropriate learning technologies, virtual platforms, and digital tools.
- Explain complex technical concepts clearly to participants with different levels of knowledge and technical backgrounds.
- Facilitate classroom and practical training sessions while maintaining strong participant engagement and knowledge transfer.
- Adapt training approaches and learning methods based on participant needs and varying levels of technical understanding.
- Apply strong organization, time management, problem-solving, classroom management, and adaptability skills when delivering training programs.
- Address technical challenges and respond effectively to participant requirements during training sessions.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering technical training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Ability to develop and deliver training content, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments.
- Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to participants with different levels of knowledge and technical backgrounds.
- Ability to facilitate classroom and practical training sessions while maintaining strong participant engagement and knowledge transfer.
