Role Overview
Design, develop, and implement innovative learning solutions within a corporate Learning & Development team.
Create interactive training programs that support employee capability development and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build interactive e-learning modules, simulations, and blended learning materials using Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
- Apply adult learning theory and instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM.
- Manage multiple training projects from concept through delivery while meeting deadlines.
- Design evaluation methods to measure learning impact and training effectiveness.
- Analyze training results and support continuous improvement.
- Conduct needs analyses and gather content with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain project updates and stakeholder communication throughout the design process.
Requirements
- Ability to design and develop interactive e-learning modules, simulations, and blended learning materials using Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM.
- Ability to manage multiple training projects independently and deliver them on schedule.
- Ability to design program evaluation methods and analyze training effectiveness.
- Ability to conduct needs analyses and collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
