Role Overview
Oversee critical construction phases for major Saudi Aramco projects in the Saudi Arabian oil and gas sector.
Lead civil construction and mechanical or equipment installation activities on the client site.
Successful execution experience on Saudi Aramco Gas Oil Separation Plant projects is highly prioritized.
Project Execution and Site Management
- Direct and oversee daily construction activities, focusing on civil engineering and installation works.
- Ensure construction phases are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards.
Subcontractor Management
- Manage, evaluate, and coordinate a diverse network of local and international subcontractors.
- Ensure subcontractors align with project deliverables, schedules, and stringent safety mandates.
Quality and Safety Assurance
- Champion a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco safety protocols.
- Apply work permit systems and GI requirements as part of site safety compliance.
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure civil and installation works pass client inspections and meet contractual quality benchmarks.
Planning and Reporting
- Review and approve construction methodologies, project schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Provide regular, detailed progress reports to project leadership and client representatives.
- Mitigate risks and resolve site bottlenecks promptly.
Candidate Profile
- Bring a strong background in civil construction and mechanical or equipment installation works.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage local and international subcontractors effectively.
- Experience with Saudi Aramco GOSP projects is highly prioritized.
