Requirements
- Relevant experience in procurement or indirect purchasing is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in procurement, supply chain, business administration, or a related field is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for indirect procurement.
- Identify suppliers, obtain quotations, and support competitive procurement processes.
- Evaluate supplier offers using cost, quality, delivery, and commercial criteria.
- Prepare purchase orders and support timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve purchasing issues, and maintain procurement records.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, budgets, and commercial requirements.
