Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and onboarding for all departments.
- Develop HR policies, employee handbooks, and organizational procedures.
- Build and maintain a strong organizational culture that promotes professionalism, respect, and alignment with Blaura’s wellness values.
- Oversee contracts, visas, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Implement and manage HR systems (Odoo preferred).
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal regulations.
- Handle employee relations, appraisals, and disciplinary matters with fairness and professionalism.
- Coordinate staff training, development, and internal communication.
- Support management in workforce planning and performance frameworks.
Requirements
- Experience in HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and internal regulations.
- Experience implementing and managing HR systems (Odoo preferred).
- Strong organizational culture building skills.
- Ability to handle employee relations, appraisals, and disciplinary matters with fairness and professionalism.
- Experience in workforce planning and performance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
