Whizz HR is hiring a Human Resources Manager with strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
The role focuses on BPO and high-volume recruitment in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Handle high-volume recruitment for BPO positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate with Operations regarding manpower requirements.
- Support basic HR operations and employee-related activities.
Requirements
- At least two years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong experience in BPO hiring or volume recruitment.
- Good understanding of HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry is preferred.

- The role is located in Dubai.
