Whizz HR is hiring a Human Resources Manager with strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
Experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry is preferred.
The role is located in Dubai and requires at least two years of experience.
Recruitment responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring for the organization.
- Handle high-volume recruitment for BPO positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities.
HR operations responsibilities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate with Operations on manpower requirements.
- Support basic HR operations and employee-related activities.
Requirements
- At least two years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong experience in BPO hiring or volume recruitment.
- Good understanding of HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
