We are currently looking for a dynamic and **experienced HR Coordinator** to join our team in Qatar’s **automotive service industry**.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field**
- Minimum **5 years of experience as an HR Coordinator**, preferably within the **automotive service industry in Qatar**
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in **all HR functions**
- Excellent command of **Arabic and English communication**
- Must be **presentable, organized, and professional**
- Proficient in **MS Office, SAP, and other HRMS software**
- Capable of efficiently handling:
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Employee relations
- Payroll coordination
- HR documentation
- Leave management
- Performance coordination
- HR reporting and compliance
- **Immediate joining required**
- **Preference will be given to Arabic male candidates**
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day **HR operations**
- Ensure smooth execution of **recruitment and onboarding processes**
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and employee benefits
- Support management in employee engagement and performance matters
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively
