- Draft, review, and maintain legal correspondence and records in both English and Arabic
- Coordinate with tenants, clients, government authorities, and external legal representatives
- Maintain accurate legal files and ensure timely follow up on pending legal matters
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Update and maintain legal records within the ERP system and other databases
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Legal Administrator in Property Management or Real Estate
- Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP software
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Well organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
