- Lead and oversee the organization's finance and accounting operations.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and business performance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar's financial regulations, taxation requirements, and statutory reporting obligations.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and risk management procedures.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely submission of financial reports.
- Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business units to support operational and strategic decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
- At least 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager within the Automotive industry or a large scale service organization in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, taxation, cash flow management, and internal controls
- Proven leadership, team management, decision making, and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and hands on experience with ERP/SAP software applications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)

- Arabic candidates will be given preference.
