Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day administration of the Executive Legal Office
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, legal documentation, and executive communications
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and calendars
- Prepare, draft, review, and maintain official correspondence and legal documents
- Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and electronic) while ensuring confidentiality
- Liaise effectively with internal departments, government authorities, clients, and external stakeholders
- Support executives with administrative tasks and ensure smooth functioning of the office
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary within Qatar
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP systems
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work under pressure with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Excellent command of English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Strong executive office administration and correspondence management skills.
- Highly presentable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Preferred Candidate
- Arabic female candidates will be given preference.
- Candidates currently residing in Qatar and available to join immediately or within a short notice period are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
- Pay: QAR7,000.00 QAR8,000.00 per month
