About the Role
Unilever seeks an HR Business Partner for KSA to act as the face of HR internally and externally. The role involves driving efficiency of JV operations, ensuring labor law compliance, leading employer branding, and supervising the HR team.

Responsibilities
- Act as the face of HR in KSA, developing relationships with corporate peers and government bodies
- Work closely with Head of CBD and Head of Finance to drive efficiency of JV operations, including governance, workforce planning, reward practices, culture, and learning interventions
- Bring strong knowledge of local labour laws into Unilever practices, ensuring compliance and protecting Unilever value
- Support Head of HR Arabia in designing and ensuring consistency of country specific policies and processes regarding employment, benefits, ED&I, university relationships, ER/IR
- Design and lead Employer Brand initiatives in KSA market to attract and build the best talent
- Participate in various HR initiatives to implement Unilever People Plan in supported teams (CBD and Finance)
- Be part of designated boards of Unilever employing legal entities, executing fiduciary duties with focus on Business Integrity, Safety, Health & Environment, and Workplace
- Lead crisis management as the go to person in times of emergency and crisis in KSA
- Supervise HR team based out of KSA, coach and support them, including factory based team
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws in KSA
- Experience in HR business partnering and driving HR initiatives
- Ability to build relationships with corporate peer companies and government bodies
- Experience in workforce planning, reward practices, culture, and learning interventions
- Experience in employer branding initiatives
- Supervisory experience to coach and support an HR team

Key Responsibilities
- One Unilever face of HR in KSA, internally and externally, developing strong relationships with corporate peer companies and government bodies.
- Working closely with Head of CBD and Head of Finance to drive efficiency of our JV operations, including Governance, workforce planning, reward practices, culture and learning interventions.
- Bringing very strong knowledge of local labour laws into Unilever practices, ensuring HR practices are compliant, fair and protecting Unilever value and external reputation.
- Supporting Head of HR Arabia in designing and ensuring consistency of implementation of country specific policies and processes regarding employment, benefits, ED&I, University relationships, ER/IR etc.
- Designing and leading Employer Brand initiatives in KSA market to attract and to build the best talent.
- Participating in various HR initiatives to implement Unilever People Plan in the teams you will support (including CBD team and Finance team).
- Being part of the designated boards of the Unilever employing legal entities as necessary, executing the related fiduciary duties, particularly with a focus on Business Integrity, Safety, Health & Environment, and Workplace.
- Crisis management – the go to person who talks the lead in times of emergency and crisis in KSA country in partnership with business leaders.
- Supervise HR team based out of KSA, coach and support them, including the team based in the factory.
