About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily facilities management operations across assigned sites
- Monitor and coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, and other support services
- Manage and supervise site staff, technicians, and service teams
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities are maintained to company standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Respond to client requests, complaints, and operational issues in a timely manner
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of site personnel
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and submit operational updates to management
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment, tools, and materials
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, or a similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of FM operations, maintenance processes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- UAE Driving License is preferred

Position Overview
