Position Overview
- The Hotel Nurse is primarily responsible for the health, safety, and medical welfare of the hotel's employees (80% of the role) and guests (20% of the role).
- This position acts as a vital bridge between the Human Resources department and health compliance, ensuring all staff members meet local regulatory health requirements while maintaining a pristine, compliant on site clinic/First Aid Room.
- The Hotel Nurse also provides administrative support for employee medical insurance and assists with broader HR initiatives.
