Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests while delivering an exceptional arrival experience.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using the reservation system.
- Coordinate closely with the restaurant and floor management team to optimize seating.
- Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and VIP arrivals professionally.
- Maintain excellent communication with service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Present a polished and professional image that reflects the KAPITOL brand.
- Support guest engagement and contribute to creating an energetic and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Hostess within upscale restaurants, lifestyle dining venues, or social gaming/entertainment concepts
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Well groomed with a confident, positive, and professional personality
- Passionate about guest experience and lifestyle hospitality
- Fluency in English is essential

- Passionate about guest experience and lifestyle hospitality.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are an advantage
