- Coordinate with the service team for table arrangements
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet and entrance area
- Be aware of all menus and ongoing promotions to recommend to guests
- Promote the restaurant in the lobby during peak times
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

About the Job

- Responsible for receiving and giving a warm welcome to Guests, providing an efficient and courteous approach at all times.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service.
- Welcome Guests to the assigned outlet, receive and conduct Guests to tables.
- Take outlet reservations, handle the reservation book, and answer the telephone & email.
- Set up the outlet before business hours, along with the service team.
- Coordinate with the service team in making necessary arrangements according to the floor plan.
- Observe the cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet and the entrance area.
- Assure the well being of all Guests by maintaining a close, friendly, yet discreet contact.
- Be aware of all menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet by heart.
- Check menus to ensure they are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle free.
- Look for social media content opportunities for the outlet.
- Promotes the restaurant in the lobby during peak times.
- Contribute to setting up the outlets database.
Have what it takes to join our team?
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a beach club, resort, or high volume environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Multiple language ability is considered an additional advantage.
- Committed and reliable. Team coordination abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, outdoor environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
