  • As an Associate Growth Sales Manager (GSL) focused on the Saudi market, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the sales strategy to drive business growth within your designated territory.
  • This involves the strategic use of the broader go-to-market ecosystem including Business Development Representatives (BDRs), partners, presales teams, and renewal representatives to maximize overall impact.
  • The GSL is expected to engage directly with customers to identify and develop business opportunities, which may be pursued independently or in collaboration with partners.
  • Additionally, the partners will support the successful implementation of Helix solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and strategic objectives.

  • Support and develop relationships direct with the customer and with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Assist in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs that align with Helix s business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (BDR, presales, Marketing, renewal reps..) to support to achieve their your goals.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve success.
  • Contribute to partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives to strengthen the Helix ecosystem.
  • Leverage AI-driven sales engagement to create modern, customized, and innovative partner interactions.
  • Continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead in the evolving IT landscape.
