About the Role
Venture Gulf Engineering W.L.L is seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Driver to operate heavy and light vehicles, perform inspections, and support warehouse operations in Doha.

Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections, secure loads, and maintain logbooks
- Operate heavy duty and light duty vehicles including trucks, flatbed trailers, and pickup vans
- Load and offload raw materials at designated stations
- Conduct pre trip, en route, and post trip inspections
- Ensure cargo is properly secured and safe during transit
- Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks and operational records
- Operate vehicles safely in compliance with HSE requirements
- Ensure proper parking and security of vehicles when not in use
- Drive vehicles to Traffic Department for inspections and registration renewal
- Support warehouse operations including packing area activities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy duty and light duty vehicles in industrial, logistics, or warehouse environments
- Strong track record of safe driving performance

Major Duties
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections, secure loads, maintain logbooks, and support basic warehouse and material handling activities in compliance with company procedures.
- Operate heavy duty and light duty vehicles within the Warehouse scope, including trucks, flatbed trailers, pickup vans, and any other assigned equipment.
- Perform loading and offloading of raw materials at designated loading/unloading stations using company equipment and systems.
- Conduct thorough pre trip, en route, and post trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure roadworthiness, safety, and operational reliability.
- Ensure all cargo is properly secured and safely loaded in compliance with company SOPs, legal requirements, and best industry practices.
- Maintain accurate and up to date vehicle logbooks and operational records as per company requirements.
- Operate all vehicles and equipment in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner, fully adhering to relevant legislation, company policies, procedures, and HSE requirements.
- Ensure proper parking, storage, and security of all assigned vehicles and equipment when not in use.
- Drive vehicles to the Traffic Department and coordinate with relevant authorities to complete technical inspections and registration renewal requirements.
- Support warehouse operations by assisting in packing area activities and other related logistics tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in operating heavy duty and light duty vehicles within industrial, logistics, or warehouse environments, with a strong track record of safe driving performance.
