Position Overview
- Seeking an experienced and proactive Health, Safety & Sustainability Manager for pre opening team
- Reports to Hotel Manager
- Responsible for leading health, safety, and sustainability initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain health, safety, security, and loss prevention policies
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and proactive risk management
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and crisis management plans
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and security breaches
- Monitor compliance with local regulations and company standards
- Deliver training and awareness programs
- Support contractor and supplier compliance
- Maintain relationships with local authorities and regulatory bodies
- Monitor security systems and access control
- Prepare safety reports and compliance documentation
- Support pre opening activities and manage departmental budgets
