- Detailed knowledge of food and beverage best practices
- Adept at multitasking and managing stressful situations
- Strong leadership qualities with an eye for detail and quality assurance
- Flexible availability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in Japanese dining or Izakaya setting is a plus

Role Overview
- At Daikan Izakaya Restaurant, our head waiter plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
- Working in an onsite setting, the head waiter will act as a front line ambassador of the restaurant, overseeing table service, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and ensuring that our esteemed guests enjoy the best of Japanese hospitality.
