Requirements
- Previous experience as a hostess or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment

- Proficient in managing reservations and wait lists
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
- Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanour as they arrive at the restaurant. Ensure a positive first impression.
- Seating Management: Manage reservations and walk in guests, efficiently coordinating seating to optimise the dining room flow.
- Menu Knowledge: Provide guests with information about daily specials, chef recommendations, and our menu offerings.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring their needs are met and assisting with any special requests.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the dining experience.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the host station and dining areas tidy and organised, creating a welcoming environment.

Requirements
