- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Ensure efficient and smooth bar operations during service periods and maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service related issues professionally
- Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Supervise, guide, and support bartenders and bar backs
- Assist in training new team members on beverage preparation, service standards, and company policies
- Delegate tasks and monitor team performance during shifts
- Monitor stock levels and place replenishment requests when necessary and minimize wastage and control beverage costs
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of beverages and bar supplies
- Recommend beverages and upsell premium products to guests
- Build positive relationships with guests and create memorable experiences
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high volume restaurant, lounge, or bar
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage trends
- Experience in inventory management and cost control
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Summary
- The Senior Bartender is responsible for overseeing bar operations, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the bar team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
