Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment for restaurant positions (FOH, BOH, management, and support roles)
- Collaborate with hiring managers and Operations leaders to understand staffing needs
- Source candidates through various job boards, social media and referrals
- Conduct high volume screening, interviews, and hiring events
- Coordinate interview scheduling and hiring decisions efficiently to meet operational demands
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support onboarding processes, including offer letters, HR orientation and new hire paperwork
- Track recruiting metrics such as time to fill, turnover trends, and hiring effectiveness
- Promote the employer brand and represent the company at job fairs and community events
Requirements
- 2+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably within restaurant or hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and workforce challenges
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and online recruiting tools
- Experience recruiting for multi unit or high growth restaurant brands
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced setting
- Data driven mindset with the ability to analyse hiring trends

Job Overview
