- Develop and execute the comprehensive regional sales strategy for the STG Service business across the Middle East, driving revenue, profitability, and market share growth
- Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators to executive leadership, analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Lead business development and strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities and executing short to mid term service sales strategies
- Cultivate executive level customer relationships and personally lead high value, complex contract negotiations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multi country sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous capability building
- Provide operational direction to the sales function, optimizing processes, resource allocation, and tools such as Salesforce
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree highly preferred
- 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience within the industrial services, power generation, or energy sector
- Demonstrable history of managing and growing a sales business across the Middle East (or comparable regions)
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, revenue management, and budgeting
- Advanced customer relationship management and negotiation skills, including experience leading complex, high value commercial proposals
- Strong leadership and influencing abilities in leading multi layered, cross cultural teams

- As a senior sales leader you will steer the regional STG Service sales strategy balancing high level strategic planning with hands on leadership of high value contract negotiations and executive level customer relationships across the Middle East.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and execute the comprehensive regional sales strategy for the STG Service business across the Middle East, driving revenue, profitability, and market share growth while directing annual forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning in alignment with business unit objectives.
- Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators to executive leadership, analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to continuously adapt and sharpen the regional sales approach.
- Lead business development and strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities and executing short to mid term (1–3 year) service sales strategies that expand the portfolio's reach and secure long term profitable growth.
- Cultivate executive level customer relationships and personally lead high value, complex contract negotiations, while providing expert commercial guidance to the team and representing Siemens Energy at major industry events and client forums.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multi country sales team, including senior managers and sales professionals fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous capability building through targeted sales training programs.
- Provide operational direction to the sales function, optimizing processes, resource allocation, and tools such as Salesforce, while ensuring all activities adhere to company compliance, governance, and ethical standards across the region.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA or Master's degree highly preferred to complement your strategic and commercial leadership capabilities.
- 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience within the industrial services, power generation, or energy sector, with a proven track record of setting direction and consistently delivering financial results.
- A demonstrable history of managing and growing a sales business across the Middle East (or comparable regions), paired with detailed knowledge of the region's market dynamics, customers, and competitive landscape.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, revenue management, and budgeting, combined with strong business acumen and the strategic thinking needed to translate vision into measurable growth.
- Advanced customer relationship management and negotiation skills, including experience leading complex, high value commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and sales presentations.
- Strong leadership and influencing abilities in leading multi layered, cross cultural teams, underpinned by accountability, relationship building, and a capacity for industry thought leadership.
