- Lead and oversee the full B2B and B2C sales function to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
- Drive the achievement of individual and team monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics across all revenue teams to ensure consistent achievement of objectives
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and gross profit performance by product and service line
- Optimize sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue generation strategies across the business
- Identify opportunities to introduce new products, service packages, and revenue streams
- Set clear revenue targets and performance expectations for the Revenue team
- Lead, coach, and develop high performing sales teams through ongoing performance management and mentoring
- Conduct regular product training sessions to ensure teams remain aligned with company offerings and market developments
- Share market insights, pricing strategies, industry trends, and sales best practices to support successful deal closures
- Oversee CRM pipeline management to ensure efficient lead handling, tracking, and conversion within established timelines
- Ensure fair and effective lead distribution across the sales team to maximize productivity and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic or managerial sales leadership role within a UAE corporate service provider environment
- Proven experience managing and leading teams of 15+ employees in high performance sales environments
- Strong track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies that drive revenue and gross profit growth
- Extensive knowledge of B2B and B2C sales operations, CRM systems, pipeline management, and performance optimization
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience interpreting sales data and market trends
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and corporate services industry
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage

About the Role
- We are seeking a Head of Revenue who is responsible for leading and overseeing the full B2B and B2C sales function, driving sustainable revenue growth, and developing high performing commercial teams.
- Working closely with the CEO, this role will focus on developing and executing sales strategies, optimizing lead generation channels, and identifying new business opportunities to maximize gross profit and overall business performance.
- The ideal candidate is a strategic and commercially driven leader with strong experience managing sales operations within the UAE corporate services sector.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic or managerial sales leadership role within a UAE corporate service provider environment.
- Proven experience managing and leading teams of 15+ employees in high performance sales environments.
