- Define and implement the Group HR strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and growth objectives
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership on all people matters
- Drive organisational change, culture building, and leadership capability across the business
- Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives across production, retail, and corporate functions
- Oversee end to end recruitment strategies to attract top tier talent locally and internationally
- Ensure effective onboarding and integration processes for all new hires
- Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning
- Develop fair and competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with market practices
- Lead reward and recognition programs that reinforce high performance and core values
- Design and lead employee engagement and wellbeing programs that enhance motivation and retention
- Drive initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and a positive work environment
- Champion internal communications and feedback mechanisms across all levels of the organisation
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or SPHR preferred
- Proven experience in HR strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, HR compliance, and policy governance
- Experience in compensation and benefits structuring
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Strong capability in HR analytics, reporting, and data driven decision making
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Odoo, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar
- Background in manufacturing, retail, or multi entity group structures is a strong advantage

About the Role
- The Head of Human Resources will lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of the organization's human capital agenda across all business units.
- This role is responsible for aligning HR strategy with business goals while building a high performance, values driven, and scalable organization.
- The position oversees the full spectrum of HR, including talent management, workforce planning, performance, employee engagement, learning and development, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development.
- The role is critical in supporting business growth and transformation by ensuring the organization has the right people, structures, leadership capability, and cultural foundations in place.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or SPHR are preferred.
- Proven experience in HR strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, HR compliance, and policy governance.
