About the Role

  • We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven B2B Specialist to support the growth and development of our corporate and business partnerships across the Middle East region.
  • This role will focus on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring an excellent customer experience for corporate clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Commercial mindset with strong customer orientation.
  • Experience within Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, Hospitality, or Luxury industries is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key accounts.
  • Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities across the region.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after sales support.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of corporate orders and projects.
  • Support business development initiatives and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams on brand partnerships and corporate activations.
  • Support events, networking opportunities, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.
