Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key accounts
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities across the region
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after sales support
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of corporate orders and projects
- Support business development initiatives and strategic partnerships
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management standards
- Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams on brand partnerships and corporate activations
- Support events, networking opportunities, and client engagement initiatives
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Commercial mindset with strong customer orientation
- Experience within Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, Hospitality, or Luxury industries is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven B2B Specialist to support the growth and development of our corporate and business partnerships across the Middle East region.
- This role will focus on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring an excellent customer experience for corporate clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
