Responsibilities
- Lead the retail strategy and day to day operations across a portfolio of fashion, footwear and lifestyle brands.
- Drive revenue, gross margin and profitability across a business generating over AED 500M annually.
- Manage and develop Area Managers and regional retail teams.
- Maximise store productivity, commercial performance and customer experience.
- Monitor KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, margin, stock management and operational efficiency.
- Partner with merchandising, supply chain and warehousing teams to optimise inventory and store availability.
- Support new store openings, refurbishments and operational improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve retail processes, productivity and commercial performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience leading large scale retail operations.
- Strong background within fashion, footwear, home or lifestyle retail.
- Experience managing large store networks and multi layer retail teams.
- Commercially focused with a proven ability to drive sales and profitability.
- Comfortable working within fast paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, warehousing, merchandising and inventory management.
- Experience with own brand retail businesses would be highly advantageous.
- Exposure to store launches, retail transformation or concept rollouts is desirable.

The Opportunity
- We are partnering with a leading retail and distribution business to appoint a commercially driven Head of Retail to lead a large scale multi brand retail operation across the UAE, with future oversight of Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia.
