About The Role
The Head of Quality will provide strategic leadership for engineering excellence, construction quality, and process standardization across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
The role will establish and drive a strong quality culture across the organization, implementing robust Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) frameworks to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, durability, functionality, and premium finishes.
Strategic Quality Leadership & Governance
- Develop and implement the organization's Quality Vision, Policy, and Strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and premium development standards.
- Establish standardized QA/QC procedures, manuals, inspection plans, SOPs, and quality checklists across the complete project lifecycle.
- Define quality benchmarks and performance standards for structural, architectural, MEP, infrastructure, and finishing works.
- Establish quality governance frameworks, audit mechanisms, KPIs, and reporting systems across the project portfolio.
- Promote a proactive, prevention-focused quality culture and drive a zero-defect mindset across project teams.
Quality Assurance & Control
- Provide strategic oversight of quality performance across all construction sites and projects.
