See & Recruit is hiring a Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of affluent/priority banking clients, drive revenue through client acquisition, and cross-selling of banking and wealth products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent/priority banking clients.
- Acquire and onboard new-to-bank customers.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with HNW and affluent clients.
- Drive sales across CASA, Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Investments and Bancassurance.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the portfolio.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue and portfolio growth targets.
- Provide tailored financial solutions based on client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations, KYC and AML requirements.
Candidate Profile
- 2-5+ years of UAE retail/priority banking experience.
- Strong experience in client acquisition and cross-selling.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Experience managing affluent/priority banking clients.
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products.
- SCA & CISI certifications.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Existing UAE affluent client network is an advantage.
- Candidates from leading retail banks, particularly Citibank, are highly preferred.
