Role Overview

Investment Origination and Transactions

• Source and evaluate commercial, residential, and income-generating real estate assets.
• Identify off-market opportunities through broker and developer networks.
• Lead building and large-scale asset sales, including pricing strategy, marketing coordination, and buyer engagement.
• Manage transactions from origination through profitable exit.

Broker and Pipeline Management

• Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and exclusivity agreements.
• Monitor broker performance and maintain relationships with developers, landlords, and institutional investors.
• Develop a forward-looking investment pipeline aligned with the firm’s growth strategy.
• Track GCC market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities.

Asset Management

• Oversee occupancy, rental yields, operational efficiency, budgets, financial performance, and KPIs for existing assets.
• Work with property managers, facility teams, and leasing agents to enhance asset value.
• Recommend and execute refurbishment, repositioning, or divestment strategies.

Stakeholder and Compliance Duties

• Coordinate with asset management, compliance, and financial advisors during sales.
• Maintain relationships with RERA, DLD, master developers, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations and transaction requirements.
• Represent the firm at industry events, investment forums, and real estate conferences.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, asset management, or corporate real estate.
• Proven experience in building sales, large-scale transactions, and investment execution.
• Strong UAE network of brokers, developers, and real estate intermediaries.
• Exposure to investment committee processes, financial modelling, and deal structuring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA, CFA, or an equivalent professional qualification is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of UAE real estate markets, valuation methods, compliance strategies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Commercial acumen, negotiation ability, analytical capability, communication skills, and presentation skills.
