About the Role
Deloitte is seeking a Head of Product for Healix, an AI-native venture building a governed AI workflow layer for hospitals. You will own product strategy, roadmap, and commercial trajectory, leading discovery with hospital executives and driving partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Own product vision, product goals, success metrics, priorities, and product roadmap across Healix's portfolio
- Define and prioritize what gets built, in what order, and why
- Lead and participate in structured discovery with hospital executives, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders
- Own the ongoing product relationship with existing clients
- Review PRDs that are tight, risk aware, and engineering ready
- Design agentic workflows, SOP structures, and human in the loop escalation patterns
- Own the product side of strategic partnerships
- Drive composable product design: shared modules, reusable agent primitives, schema first data models
- Partner with GTM to shape positioning, packaging, and the pilot to permanent motion
- Set the strategic priorities that align product, discovery, and partnerships
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading product in healthcare
- Built and led B2B SaaS platform product with demonstrable revenue
- Strong judgement in using AI to improve spec quality
- Hands on familiarity with how hospitals actually work: clinical workflows, care team dynamics, operational pressures
- Proven track record as a client facing product leader
- Experience managing the product side of partnerships
- Track record of taking products from pilot to enterprise contract
- Experience leading product managers and building product practices at scale

The Role
- As Head of Product for Healix, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and commercial trajectory.
- You are the senior product voice in front of hospital executives, clinical leaders, and federal stakeholders.
- High autonomy, externally facing role with time in client rooms and product reviews.
What You'll Own
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Own product vision, goals, metrics, priorities, and roadmap.
- Client Discovery and Engagement: Lead structured discovery with hospital executives and clinical leaders.
- Partnerships: Own product side of strategic partnerships.
- Platform Thinking: Drive composable product design.
- GTM and Commercial: Partner with GTM to shape positioning, packaging, and pilot to permanent motion.
- Team: Set strategic priorities, establish PM practices, mentor PMs.
Must haves
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading product in healthcare.
- Built and led B2B SaaS platform product with demonstrable revenue.
- Strong judgement in using AI to improve spec quality.
- Hands on familiarity with how hospitals actually work.
- Proven track record as a client facing product leader.

Nice to haves
- Experience with AI/ML products in clinical settings.
- Experience coaching PMs on responsible AI usage.
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare compliance and security frameworks (PHIPA, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Prior experience scaling a product team inside a venture studio, foundry, or incubator model.
Total Rewards
- Salary range: $140,000 $293,000.
- Eligible to participate in bonus program.
