- Run fast, lean experiments: define hypothesis, scope MVP, measure results
- Work directly with engineering and design to ship with quality and speed
- Be in the data: pull your own analysis and know what signal to trust
- Scale good product sense across the org — engineers, teachers, ops, and execs
- Grow and develop the product and design team
- Navigate high ambiguity and high execution complexity simultaneously
Requirements
- Early hire at a startup whose success you meaningfully contributed to, or built something from scratch
- Shipped consumer mobile products for children, teens, or young adults with measurable outcomes
- Operate with data: form hypotheses, design tests, interpret results without a data team
- Ability to build trust with Saudi teenage students through daily interaction
- Commit to 6 months or full time in Saudi Arabia
- Arabic speaker preferred but not required

The Role
- You'll help us scale from 1,000 to 10,000 students by 2027 by owning the full product strategy.
- You'll be based in Saudi Arabia for at least 6 months/year, working directly with students in our hybrid schools.
What You'll Own
- Product Strategy: Redefine the product vision, prioritize at company level, own outcomes.
