Noon Academy is on a mission to radically change the way people learn.

We've helped over 12 million students learn online, but recently pivoted towards a hybrid model.

Hybrid brings digital star teachers directly into school buildings, and amplifies the experience through peer-to-peer learning and AI.

We ran this model for a year with two schools and the results were so overwhelming that we expanded to 18 private and 10 public schools in our second year of operations.

The verdict is clear: students don't just tolerate hybrid, they love it.

You'll help us scale from 1,000 to 10,000 students by 2027.

You'll do this by owning the full product strategy — setting the direction, running the experiments, and making sure every decision gets us closer to a learning experience students talk about ten years later.

This is not a coordination role.

You'll shape what we build and why, work directly with engineering, learning, teachers, and in-school staff, and be the person our CEO turns to when the hardest business and product questions need an answer.

You'll be based in Saudi Arabia for at least 6 months/year, working directly with students in our hybrid schools.

Your ideas will be tested daily by actual teenagers who have no filter.

They'll tell you immediately if something sucks or if it's brilliant.
