Join a leading and well-established fast-food brand in Saudi Arabia, recognized for delivering high-quality dining experiences across the Kingdom located in **Jeddah , Saudi Arabia**

As a **Performance and Organizational Development Supervisor**, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and optimization of the organization's structure, performance framework, and operational processes.

You will lead initiatives related to KPIs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and organizational design, ensuring alignment with business strategy, efficiency, and scalability while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities

  • The position involves:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs across all departments aligned with business objectives
  • Design, document, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key functions
  • Manage performance frameworks and ensure consistency of KPIs across departments
  • Build KPI dashboards and reports for leadership tracking and decision-making
  • Collaborate with department heads to define measurable performance indicators
  • Analyze performance gaps and recommend actionable improvement plans
  • Ensure SOPs are aligned with operational excellence standards, especially in F&B operations
  • Conduct SOP audits to ensure compliance and identify inefficiencies
  • Lead process improvement initiatives (lean, optimization, simplification)
  • Train departments on SOP adherence and best practices
  • Develop and maintain organizational structures (Org Charts) aligned with business growth

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • -------------------------------------
  • We are Looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Organizational Development or Performance Management.
  • Strong experience in KPI frameworks and SOP design.
  • Experience in F&B, Hospitality, or Retail is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced Excel and dashboarding skills (Power BI is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Attention to detail with a strategic mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
