- Partner with AI and product teams to develop adaptive, data driven evaluation systems
- Define learning outcome metrics and ensure they translate into actionable platform insights
- Stay at the forefront of psychometrics, competency based assessment, and AI powered feedback mechanisms
- Elicit feedback from students to continuously improve the learning process
