Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily financial operations including core accounting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury management
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial forecasting models, annual budgets, and long term strategic financial plans
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance, local taxation laws, and financial reporting standards specific to SAMA and KSA
- Lead financial risk management by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating operational, credit, and market risks
- Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and actionable performance metrics to the Director of Finance
- Build, mentor, and lead a high performing finance team while optimizing financial technology stacks and automated accounting software
- Coordinate all internal and external audits while managing strategic relationships with banks, external auditors, and financial institutions
Requirements
- Highly experienced in financial operations and strategic financial management
- Knowledge of Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations and KSA financial regulations
- Experience in fintech or large scale financial environments
- Ability to lead and mentor a finance team
