Key Responsibilities
- Lead Track Strategy & Program Design for four student tracks.
- Manage the Content Team to ensure high standards of quality and creativity.
- Plan and deliver monthly student experiences including career days, volunteering days, university visits, skill workshops, and lab based programs.
- Hire, onboard, and manage teachers and facilitators.
- Oversee session scheduling and coordinate with lab and operations teams.
- Monitor student engagement and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Operations, Partnerships, and Product teams.
