About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Head Baker to oversee daily bakery production and ensure excellence in all baked products across our outlets.
The ideal candidate has strong technical baking skills, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering fresh, high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily bakery production and baking operations
- Prepare and oversee breads, viennoiserie, pastries, and other baked goods
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, texture, and presentation
- Develop new recipes and seasonal bakery items
- Manage inventory, ordering, food costing, and wastage control
- Train, supervise, and support bakery staff
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Ensure efficient production planning and workflow
What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 4 years of professional baking experience
✅ Previous experience in a supervisory or Head Baker role
✅ Strong knowledge of bread fermentation, dough handling, and baking techniques
✅ Experience with artisan breads and café-style baked products
✅ Leadership and team management skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Knowledge of food costing and inventory management
✅ Baking or Culinary certification is an advantage
