Do you have a passion for great coffee, hospitality, and excellent customer service?
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Waitress to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages efficiently
- Ensure excellent table service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
- Handle customer inquiries and provide menu recommendations
- Support daily opening and closing procedures
- Work closely with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements
✅ Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role (F&B preferred)
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Team player with attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience in coffee shop or specialty café environment
