About The Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Head Chocolatier to oversee our chocolate production and dessert creations.
The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, artistic creativity, and leadership skills to maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily chocolate production and confectionery operations
- Create and develop premium chocolate products, pralines, truffles, bonbons, desserts, and seasonal items
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, quality, and presentation
- Innovate new recipes and chocolate concepts aligned with the brand identity
- Manage inventory, ingredient sourcing, food costing, and wastage control
- Train, supervise, and motivate the chocolate production team
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards at all times
- Collaborate with pastry and beverage teams to create unique customer experiences
What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 4 years of professional chocolatier & pastry experience
✅ Previous experience in a supervisory or Head Chocolatier role
✅ Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, and decorative techniques
✅ Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
✅ Leadership and team management skills
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✅ Knowledge of food costing and production planning
✅ Pastry, Chocolate, or Culinary certification is an advantage
