About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and creative Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry operations and ensure high-quality desserts and baked goods across our outlets.
The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and experienced in modern café-style pastry production.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pastry and bakery production
- Prepare and develop desserts, pastries, cakes, and baked goods
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintain proper inventory control and minimize wastage
- Train and supervise pastry staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in menu development and seasonal product innovation
- Coordinate with management and café operations for smooth workflow
What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 4 years of pastry experience in cafés, restaurants, or hotels
✅ Previous experience in a supervisory or Head Pastry Chef role
✅ Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert presentation
✅ Creative mindset with attention to detail
✅ Leadership and team management skills
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✅ Knowledge of food costing and kitchen organization is an advantage
✅ Pastry or Culinary certification preferred
