About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise to sales representatives and customers in Gynecology, Hernia, and General Surgery tools and instruments
- Attend operating room cases to provide technical support and ensure safe and effective use of Medtronic technologies
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products
- Lead execution of line strategy and provide technical data for product demonstrations
- Make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations
- Conduct on site education and consulting, and support customer relations with healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Medical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or related healthcare field
- 5 years of experience in medical devices, clinical support, or related industry, preferably in GYN or GS surgery sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast paced clinical environment
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory (up to 50%)
- Fluency in English and Arabic

A Day in the Life
- Technical Consultant role involves changing patient lives through tactical execution in a highly regulated, mission driven space.
- Handle the Advanced Surgical Line in the south region with domestic travel up to 50% of working days.
- Spend most working hours inside operating rooms in assigned hospitals, promoting and providing technical support to healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provides technical expertise to sales representatives and customers in Gynecology, Hernia, and General Surgery tools and instruments.
- Provides technical expertise through attending OR cases, sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance.
- Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for product demonstrations and leads execution of line strategy.
- May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
- Conducts on site education, consulting, and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals.
- Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Medical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or related healthcare field.
- 5 years of experience with proven track record in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or related industry, preferably surgery sales discipline (GYN or GS specialties).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to build effective relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast paced clinical environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
